ZenithOptimedia is a media strategy planning and buying offering. Part of the Publicis Groupe worldwide.
In my role as Chief Strategy, Data, and Insights Officer, I am responsible for leading and enhancing the strategic product across our Australian operations. In this role I developed new ways of tracking brand equity over time and aligning to media activity, new ways of integrating marketing data for greater commercial insight, and new ways of evaluating marketing touchpoints against market share goals.
Director of Strategic Services - APAC, Oracle Marketing Cloud
Director of Strategic Services - APAC, Responsys

In my role as Director of Strategic Services, I was responsible for leading the team which guided the strategic direction of all client work across Asia-Pacific, driving thought leadership within the business, and interfacing with my US counterparts to continually refine and solidify the strategic service offering.
Primarily, that involved the development of Lifecycle and CRM strategy, including financial analysis, analytics, campaign performance monitoring, communications and UX planning.
Oracle - a global leader in databases and connected technologies purchased Responsys in January 2014.
Responsys - a global leader in Cross-Channel Lifecycle Marketing purchased Eservices Group in January 2011.
Director of Insights + Planning, EservicesResponsys
December 2008 – January 2011
Eservices Web, later to merge with Eservices Email to become EservicesResponsys, was a multi-channel digital marketing business.
As Director of Insights + Planning I was initially responsible for bolstering the creative and strategic credentials of the business, driving thought leadership, and solidifying strategic and creative offerings across web development, interface design, user experience design, email & CRM and social channels.
Upon the partial merger of Eservices with Responsys (US) I was also responsible for translating the US strategic approach to the Australian market.
EservicesResponsys was fully acquired by Responsys in January 2011
Digital Planner, Clemenger BBDO
July 2007 – December 2008
As the only Digital Planner for Clemenger BBDO Melbourne I worked across all clients. The work involved crafting the strategic direction of many projects ranging from digital advertising to CRM, DM and website projects, and led to many MADC awards, a Caples award, and an Asian Marketing Effectiveness award.
Also in this role I was responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of training courses in digital marketing/advertising to everyone within the Melbourne office (up to executive level).
Strategy Manager, Clemenger Blue
July 2007 – November 2008
As the first Strategy Manager for Clemenger Blue I was initially responsible for working with key stakeholders within the business and with clients to establish the strategic offering. That included establishing briefing processes and creating room in the process for research and thorough consideration of the approach. The role also involved being responsible for thought leadership in digital marketing across Clemenger BBDO Melbourne.
As part of some internal Clemenger Group moves, Clemenger Blue was absorbed into Clemenger BBDO and I became Digital Planner for Clemenger BBDO Melbourne.
Melbourne Manager, The White Agency
September 2006 – June 2007
As the Melbourne Manager of The White Agency I helped establish the Melbourne office. That included managing the commercial fit-out and negotiations, as well as embedding our major Melbourne client Sensis; managing digital media strategy across all their brands including Yellow, White Pages, Trading Post, Citysearch, WhereIs, and Sensis MediaSmart.
Managing Partner, Tribal DDB
November 2005 – August 2006
As Managing Partner of Tribal DDB I Managed the Melbourne office taking bottom-line responsibility for profitability as well as staff and client satisfaction.
At Tribal Melbourne we took a user-experience focus to website development, service development, and creative advertising, and in doing so won a swag of awards both locally and overseas including AdNews Digital Agency of the Year 2 years running and in 2005 we also won the B&T Agency of the year.
Account Director, Tribal DDB

As Account Director for Tribal DDB Melbourne I was privileged to work within a small and multi-disciplinary team producing a range of award-winning work across many categories.
In this role I had a wide-range of responsibilities ranging from client satisfaction and profitability through to user experience design, specification and brief writing, wireframes, and project management.

As a graduate with an Honours degree in Psychology I began working on a project to document all available Psychological tests used in organisations and make the database available online.
This position while mostly based in Australia, allowed me to travel for an extended placement in the UK.
It was also here that I got my first taste of the web. I began writing descriptions of tests, progressed to managing the central database and the web developers, and finished developing the website.

Vice Chair, Bus Projects

Bus Projects is a not-for-profit arts organisation focussed on getting more art viewed by more people more often. It has a particular focus on emerging and un-represented artists and developing professional and business skills.
My role in Bus was to assist in driving the organisation forward by advising on Marketing, organisation-building, and other matters including finance, people management, community building, and many other things.
