Modern Marketing Group (MMG) is a collaboration of independent consultants and founder-led agencies purpose-built to challenge the holding groups. The scope of MMG covers the full marketing spectrum from brand-building and acquisition to customer experience and retention, and is underpinned by data science, analytics, technology implementation, digital transformation, and operations management.
I founded the group as after 25 years working in holding groups, I understood their business model and knew how to improve on it. At the same time, I felt a new model could deliver better value back to clients and agency owners alike.
We’ve targeted the scale-up market as companies embarking on their scale-up journey have a clear and defined set of challenges as the complexity of marketing increases exponentially as budgets increase.
Key Achievements:
Helped an online education provider double their output volume and 3x their commercial effectiveness without increasing their marketing headcount
Helped a D2C scale-up re-platform their entire marketing and customer-service tech backbone, ramp up their analytics maturity, and grow their messaging effectiveness
Helped a financial services company to more effectively drive customer experience - helping them gain an incremental 20 points of NPS
