Silverbullet are a data and technology consultancy focussed on helping brands and marketers drive more value through data analysis and technology. This means that the focus is on helping marketers evaluate marketing and brand effectiveness, restructure and enhance the capability of teams, implement the right technology well, and then leverage that technology to activate audiences.
A green-fields opportunity, my role in the APAC region was to build out our consultancy offering and story, build our programmatic trading business, drive new business and pipeline, build our industry profile, manage projects, operate our P&L, and partner with clients to make the best use of their technology and people.
Key achievements:
Growing the programmatic business from $0 to pacing to $2M per year in 4 months, generated net incremental revenue increases of 30x for my blue-chip clients.
I developed a world-first approach to connecting brand tracking research into digital activation tech allowing marketing strategy and campaign activation to be absolutely in sync.
Guiding the implementation and operation of organisation-wide attribution and DMP technology for SBS.
Improving net digital media efficiency for SBS by 97% and turned their media activity into a profit centre.
Successful creation of a data-consulting audit tool.
Successful creation of the brand story and positioning for Silverbullet in the local market.
Development of numerous thought pieces and research studies published in trade press, presenting on Ticker TV and presenting at Mumbrella Sports Marketing Summit.
